Take the chairlift to the top of Storenos, 1183 meters above sea level, and enjoy the view of the mountain range. In good weather, you can see all the way to Hardangervidda!

The summer lift takes you to the top of Storenos, which is the perfect starting point for families with children, cyclists, and active hikers. At the top, you can choose between a leisurely walk, marked hiking trails, or our downhill tracks. We offer three prepared downhill tracks with varying degrees of difficulty. At the top, we have set up tables and benches so you can enjoy a snack with a great view over Hovden ⛰️ End the day with a walk down the gravel road or take the lift back to the bottom.

You can find the summer lift in the base area of Hovden Alpinsenter. The alpine center is located on Skisentervegen in Hovden.
