Some items have local roots, much of what is served is homemade, and some is purchased. Feel free to ask about the food if you have any questions when you’re there. Fjellstoga is skilled at accommodating allergies and dietary restrictions—just give notice in advance, ideally when you book your table.
If you are coming with a group of more than 12 guests, they appreciate planning the menu ahead of time to ensure the best possible experience for you and other diners.
